NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of
Carroll Township – York County will hold a meeting at the Carroll Township
Municipal Building, 555 Chestnut Grove Road, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania at 6:00
o’clock p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2026, or any date and time to which the
hearing is continued, at which time a public hearing will be held on the following

This is an application proposing the construction of a middle school and

370.C –Parking within required setbacks & Section 450-370.E – 30’ Perimeter
Landscape Buffer, Article 4 (General Provisions) Section 450-412.C – 15’
Parking Lot Landscape Buffer & Section 450-416.F – Interior Parking Lot
Landscaping, of the Code of the Township of Carroll. The applicant proposes to
construct a new middle school and parking facilities with relief from the above
mentioned requirements.
