NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Carroll Township, York
County, Pennsylvania, will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to hear public comment with regard to three (3) proposed amendments to the following Township Ordinances:
1) Zoning – Chapter 450;
2) Subdivision and Land Development – Chapter 435 and 3) Stormwater Management – Chapter
428 of Carroll Township, in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, as amended. The Public Hearing shall be held on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Carroll Township Municipal Building, 555 Chestnut Grove Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019.
The proposed amendments to the Township Ordinances amend the rules, regulations,
definitions, criteria and procedures to govern land use, zoning, stormwater management and
subdivision and land development within the Township.
All interested persons may appear and be heard. Interested persons may also provide
written comments prior to the Public Hearing. Any written comment must be received by 2:00
p.m., on Monday, November 2, 2026, and should be directed to Brandon Slatt, Township Manager,
Carroll Township Municipal Building, 555 Chestnut Grove Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019 or via
email to: bslatt@carrolltownship.com.
Upon conclusion of the PUBLIC HEARING, the Board of Supervisors of Carroll
Township shall convene to its regularly scheduled Public Meeting at the same location to consider the adoption of the proposed Ordinances. In the event the Board does not act upon any of the proposed Ordinances during the public meeting following the PUBLIC HEARING, the Board will consider the proposed Ordinance at a later regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors held within sixty (60) days of October 22, 2026, which regular meetings of the Board are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Carroll Township Municipal Building, 555 Chestnut
Grove Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019
Copies of the proposed Ordinances have been provided to the Dillsburg Banner, the York
County Self-Help Legal Center and are available for inspection at the Carroll Township Municipal
Office at the above address, Mon. – Fri. 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
