CARROLL TOWNSHIP/ YORK COUNTY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TOWNSHIP SOLICITOR

Carroll Township, York County, is requesting proposals for the position of Township
Solicitor. Applicants must submit written proposals to the Carroll Township, 555
Chestnut Grove Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019.
An original and (5) full, complete and exact copies of each proposal, including a fee
schedule shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and must be marked with the name of the
position and addressed to:

The proposal must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 03, 2025.
Any inquiries concerning this RFP should be directed in writing to the above.
All information and documents submitted in response to this solicitation shall be
available to the general public. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all
proposals, with or without cause, and waive any irregularities or informalities in the
proposals. The Township further reserves the right to make investigations as it deems
necessary to the qualifications of any and all applicants submitting proposals. The
Township reserves the right to re-solicit proposals.
The applicant must be licensed to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania and be a
member of the Bar in good standing. Applicants must also have prior municipal
experience. Include a list of any other professional qualifications; experience and/or
credentials you feel are relevant to this proposal.
