NOTICE is hereby given that the Carroll Township Board of Supervisors – York
County will hold a public hearing at the Carroll Township Municipal Building, 555
Chestnut Grove Road, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 4,
2026, at which time the following Conditional Use Application will be considered:

This is an application pertaining to the development of single-family attached dwellings
(Townhomes) on Separate Lots. The property is approximately 69.24 acres located
within the Residential Suburban – 2 (RS-2) Zone. This project proposes development of
328 Single-family attached dwellings (Townhomes).
The applicant is seeking conditional use approval pursuant to Section 450-204.B of the
Carroll Township Zoning Ordinance, via Section 450-212 Table of Land Uses by District,
to permit single-family attached dwellings on separate lots. Specific requirements for
single-family attached dwellings on separate lots are governed by Section 450-377 of
the Code of Carroll Township.
All interested parties are urged to attend the hearing as set forth herein. The
aforementioned application and plans are available for inspection by the public at the
Carroll Township Municipal Building during regular business hours.
