Carroll Township Leaf Collection:

The Township will begin its fall leaf pickup Township wide starting October 20th through December 1st.  To ensure your leaves are picked up they must be placed roadside by 7:00 AM Monday morning to be picked up that week.   Leaves should be placed along the edge of the roadway for the collection equipment to reach them. As a reminder, the Township will not pick-up the leaves if piles are located too far off the edge of roadway, too close to automobiles or structures (mailboxes, signs, basketball poles etc.) or if brush or trash is mixed in the pile.    Bagged leaves will not be collected.    Leaves are only collected along public (Township and State) roadways.
